Middlebury’s backup QB

The Rutland Herald has a nice piece on QB Jack Kramer, a Vermont native.

Brattleboro’s Jack Kramer is backing up one of the nation’s top Division III quarterbacks. He knows he might never get a meaningful snap this fall. Then again, he knows he had better be ready if it does happen.

Kramer is the understudy to senior classmate Donnie McKillop. McKillop is the 2009 Offensive Player of the Year in both the New England Small College Athletic Conference and the ECAC. He owns 13 of Middlebury’s 14 passing records. That only one he doesn’t have is the five touchdowns in a game by Mount St. Joseph’s Mike Keenan.

Note: I think it’s necessary to point out that Jack’s also a solid 10.5 feb.
